Addressing Virus and Spam Problems: In response to numerous requests by our customers, we have installed an Antivirus and Spam Filter. It is successfully filtering most spam mail from reaching our customer's mail boxes.. You should see a reduction in spam messages now. We can not totally stop spam without stopping some of the legitimate email due to the nature of email. The filtering methods and techniques that we use are as follows: We DO NOT filter any outgoing mail. All Quadnet Customers who were allowed to send their mail through our Mail Server, will continue to do so without any changes.

05/13/2004 - A new Mail Server will be in place tomorrow. Cut over to the new mail server will be 05/14/2004 at 3:00 pm. All customers need to alter their username to gain access to their email on the new mail server. Customers will be prompted for their username when accessing the new mail server. Customers need to add '@domainname.com' to their username, where '@domainname.com' is the last part of their email address. If you have any problems accessing your email, please call 1.800.320.2422. 05/10/2004 - The web server will be restarted for routine maintenance on 05/112004 at 12:00 AM. Down time will approximately 10 minutes. Disruption of service should be minimal if you are accessing our webpages or are hosted on our webserver. 03/09/2003 - To continue to provide you with the best level of quality, service, and performance possible, please be advised of the following scheduled maintenance to be conducted during a standard vendor maintenance window on Tuesday March 9th from 2am until 5am. 03/03/2004 - We have built a new Windows 2000 Mail Server that is processing mail rapidly. All mail that was queued on our mail gateway was processed yesterday. 18,000 queued emails were accepted and sent out within 20 minutes. These emails were done processing at around 5 pm last night. |
